ABOUT
Hi, there! My name is Sammy and I’m currently an MFA in Interactive Media and Games at the University of Southern California.
I got my BFA in Game Design at NYU where I largely focused on technical and programming skills. After working for a couple of years I decided it was time to go back to school and continue exploring my passion for games and how they can be used to bring people together.
Whether it be through games, 3D art, or short stories, I love creating small, bite-sized stories and characters. Through these characters and stories, I strive to use creative media to bridge the gap between people and help us all get a deeper understanding of each other.
I’m also a huge level design nerd and love breaking down levels (please read my magnum opus on Splatoon 2’s level design here!)
(I also do a variety of accents and strange character voices!)
